Tommy Lundgren's research is mainly focused on applied policy analysis related to the environment, natural resources, and energy use. Main areas of research are; i) assessing the impacts of climate policy on the industrial firm, ii) the economics and measurement of self-regulation (corporate environmental responsibility), and iii) issues related to forests, bio-energy and the climate. Currently he is running projects analyzing industrial energy demand and forest bio-energy production and impact on ecosystem services.
