"We are delighted to announce that the Journal of Forest Economics has instituted a prize in honour of its founder, Professor Sören Wibe. This prize till be awarded to one paper on a biennial basis. The first award will be chosen from the papers published during 2010 and 2011. The prize-winning paper will be selected by an international committee consisting of academic experts in the field of forest economics.
