Kelly de Bruin will give a course titled "Applied Economic Modelling of Environmental Issues using GAMS" October 31 – November 9. The main aim of the course is to acquaint students with different methodologies of doing applied research in the field of environmental economics. This is an opportunity for PhD students (and others) to gain analytical insights and skills to develop and critically evaluate applied environmental-economic models.
The course is planned to give 7.5 credits. The examination will consist of a case study report and discussions of articles. See preliminary syllabus for more information about the course.
