The first report: "An electricity market in transition - Is consumer flexibility for sale, or even for real?" was published in August 2014 and raised high interest among different stakeholders, including Sweden's Energy Ministry who paid a visit in October 2014.
Further research was identified in the first report and the second report sheds light on:
- the customer's choice regarding the type of electricity contract,
- the effect of income over electricity consumption, its level and distribution over time,
- the households' knowledge about electricity prices and costs, and 4) the choice experiment data is analyzed in depth.
